Knowledge Hub
An operational knowledge base for the products. What the official documentation does not tell you and that usually lives only in the heads of those who have already implemented.
Product-specific behaviors lived only in specialists' heads: which Liveness image works best for FaceMatch, how each API authenticates, what changes between Staging and Production, which errors are expected. New team members took months to find their way around, and the same lessons were rediscovered on every project.
The Knowledge Hub consolidates that knowledge per product: authentication and environments, endpoints and formats, best practices, behaviors observed in tests and a glossary. It is the base that feeds the other Studio tools and the starting point for any new project, both for a person and for an AI agent that needs the products' context.
- One page per product, with authentication, environments, endpoints and best practices.
- A record of what was actually tested versus what is still inference, so nobody confuses the two.
- A glossary of the terms clients and the team use differently.
- A context source for the other tools and for work with coding agents.
