A lab to test any Serasa Identity & Fraud product in a few clicks, with real calls and a readable result.
Testing an anti-fraud product or debugging a client's integration depended on loose scripts, Postman collections and whoever knew how to use them. Every specialist had their own way, and reproducing a problem meant assembling the whole call by hand: authentication, transaction, polling.
For anyone joining the team, that meant months before being able to test a product alone.
Product Lab is a catalog of the products, grouped by family (biometrics and face, documents, CPF analysis, orchestration). You pick the product, fill in only the fields it requires and run it. The tool chains the call sequence behind the scenes and returns a formatted result, with a history of runs.
It runs in Staging or Production, and has a fully simulated Demo mode for meetings where there are no credentials.
- Product catalog with each product's integration type (API, SDK or both) and the right form for each one.
- Automatic chaining of authentication, transaction and polling, with multipart upload when the product needs an image.
- Real biometric capture in the browser via web SDK, including liveness embedded in an iframe.
