Guides Hub

A portal for clients to understand anti-fraud before diving into the technical documentation. Nine short guides, in plain language, in Portuguese and English.

The problem I was trying to solve

The technical documentation tells you how to integrate each product: endpoints, fields, responses. But before that, clients need to understand what each product is, what it is for and how the pieces fit together. That content did not exist in accessible language.

The problem showed up in two profiles: people new to technology, and technical people new to anti-fraud. Both arrived at the kickoff without a base, and the implementation started by explaining concepts.

The tool I built

The Guides Hub is a portal with an index and nine self-contained guides chained into a path: it starts with concepts (what an API and an SDK are, layered anti-fraud), moves through the tools of each layer (CPF checks, device intelligence, face analysis, document analysis, Secure Validation Link) and ends with two applied guides on onboarding, one of them with flowcharts from a real case.

Each guide is a single bilingual HTML file with no external dependencies. The portal is published on Serasa's Devs Portal and also inside the Studio.
