Flow Builder
A flowchart editor built for the anti-fraud domain. Pick the products and the flow draws itself, ready to export.
Onboarding flows were drawn in generic diagram tools. Every drawing started from scratch, nobody used the same names and the result did not speak the language of the products: a diamond said "validation" and the client had no idea what that meant in practice.
In Flow Builder the products are the blocks. You choose the ones in the journey, order the sequence and the flowchart is generated on the spot, with a yes/no decision after each step and the approval and rejection paths. You can name the company, add the client's logo, insert custom steps and export to PDF or PNG.
It became the tool pre-sales uses to design the implementation flow with the client before the contract is signed.
